Here Are 10 Easy To Make Smoothies For Busy Mornings

You only need a blender. The more powerful the blender, the better, because then you can extract more vitamins and proteins from your food.

  Banana and Pear with almond milk
  • 200 ml of Almond milk;
  • 2 Bananas (without the banana peel);
  • 1 Pear (peeled).
  1. BLUEBERRIES & BLACKBERRIES & BEET AND BANANA

  • 200 ml of Water;
  • 200 ml of Ice;
  • 1 slice of Beet (fresh, peeled);
  • 100 grams of Blackberries;
  • 125 grams of Blueberries;
  • 100 grams of Currants;
  • 1 slice of Lemon (peeled);
  • 2 Bananas (peeled).

  1. CARROTS & MINT & PUMPKIN

  • 200 ml of Water;
  • 200 ml of Yoghurt;
  • 2 Carrots;
  • 200 grams of Pumpkin (peeled, without the seeds)

  • 400 ml of Coconut water;
  • 1 slice of Corn (boiled);

  • 200 ml of Coconut milk;
  • 2 branches of Celery;

  • 2 spoons of Honey;
  • 1 spoon of Vanilla;
  • 1/2 spoon of cinnamon.
  1. CITRUS & COCONUT MILK


  • 100 ml of Coconut milk;
  • 200 ml of Ice;
  • 2 Oranges (peeled);
  • 1 Lime (peeled);
  • 1 Lemon (peeled)
  1. CUCUMBER & KIWI & KALE

  • 200 ml of Ice;
  • 1 piece of Kale;
  • 1 Cucumber;
  • 2 Kiwis (peeled);
  • 1 Green Apple;
  • 1 Avocado (peeled);
  • 2 cm ginger;
  • 1 spoon of Honey
Every recipe is simple and easy – to – make, in favor of the short amount of time we have in the mornings. In all of the above recipes, firstly apply the liquids, and then the fresh fruits and vegetables. The last ingredients you should apply are the nuts, mint branches, or honey, and blend everything together to make the perfect morning smoothie.
